Job Description
The IT Support Specialist role involves providing on-site IT support for a manufacturing plant, ensuring uptime across systems that support production, logistics, and shop-floor activities. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and user support, as well as provide light SAP/application support and user training.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
- Experience supporting end-user hardware, printers, and network connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, hardware, and peripherals
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with IT service management tools
