Job Description
This Warehouse Lead position will assist the Warehouse Supervisor, coordinating daily warehouse activities and ensuring efficient operations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, alongside knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety standards. It also includes forklift operation and container handling.
Requirements
- Collaborates with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
- Ensures daily assignments are completed correctly.
- Assigns daily tasks to the warehouse crew.
- Refers personnel issues.
- Trains and monitors the warehouse crew in work procedures.
- Observe crew safety and follow procedures.
- Perform forklift operations safely.
- Follow all safety and security protocols.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Operate trailers and containers accurately.
