As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through their technology journey, helping them to implement and optimize HCM solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience with a strong understanding of CORE HR module along with at least one other module (Payroll, Absence)
- Experience conducting client workshops, solution designing, and configuration
- Preferred knowledge and experience in data migration to Oracle Cloud
- Experience in migrating setup changes from non-Production to Production environments
- Must have worked on implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage a customer-facing role
- Comfortable with business travel as per project needs
- Flexibility to work in different time zones based on client schedules
- Strong experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduler, OTL, and Fast Formula
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
