We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 7 - 10 years of experience in HCM solutions and US Payroll to join our dynamic team. The role involves leading the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions focused on US Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor, working closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute project plans.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CORE HR module and at least one of the following: Payroll or Absence
- Experience in conducting client workshops, solution design, and configuration
- Knowledge and experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud (preferred)
- Experience with migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environments
- Must have worked on end-to-end implementation projects
- Comfortable managing a customer-facing role
- Willingness to travel as per business needs
- Flexibility to work across time zones for client meetings
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor and Fast Formula
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks efficiently
