Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help plan, organize and manage all areas in a retail location, meeting or exceeding budgeted goals and working closely with the regional manager to maintain appropriate inventory levels. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a college bookstore or retail operation, with 2 years of supervisory capacity and excellent team building and administrative skills.
