Assistant Store Manager

BibliU is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help plan, organize, and manage all areas in a retail location. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional manager to communicate needs and maintain appropriate inventory levels. The role requires excellent team building skills, demonstrated administrative skills, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Three to five years' experience in a college bookstore or retail operation
• Two years' supervisory capacity
• Excellent team building skills
• Demonstrated administrative skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Software
