Technicien de maintenance H/F

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Verberie, France. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and improvement of our production equipment's performance.

Requirements

• Scheduling and organizing maintenance activities
• Following the maintenance schedule and reporting any technical issues, delays, or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Prioritizing corrective interventions based on production requirements
• Writing requests for intervention based on field observations
• Preparing and organizing interventions to ensure safety and efficiency
• Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, machines, and installations
• Controlling equipment parameters and adjusting settings as needed
• Diagnosing and analyzing technical malfunctions using electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic plans
• Proposing solutions to improve material reliability and performance
• Contributing to cross-functional projects with other departments, sharing technical knowledge
• Verifying the condition of inventory parts on request
• Replenishing stock needs and recording entry/exit of parts in the warehouse
• Compiling needs to propose improvements or modifications to equipment
• Updating electrical, mechanical, and automation plans after modifications
• Evaluating the impact of modifications on safety, environment, quality, production, and energy
• Documenting modifications (practical sheets, operating procedures) and informing affected teams
