We are looking for an experienced BCBA to function in a role where they are not managing a caseload, with the primary duty of performing assessments with our New Jersey clients. The Assessment Specialist will be part of a team of BCBAs and will monitor progress of our kids.
Requirements
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Assist with Interim Care as needed for potential clients
- Update progress reports for assigned clients
- Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week
- Ensure client programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrity
- Keep up to date on current research and best practices
- Model and fill in for therapy as needed
- Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
- Properly document all activities according to both the BACB guidelines and funder guidelines
