Job Description
As an Operations Manager at Biffa, you will be responsible for safely managing the AD Plant and day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maximizing production to meet KPI targets.
Requirements
- Relevant management or safety qualifications
- Significant experience in waste, environmental, or operational management roles
- Strong knowledge of waste and environmental legislation
- Experience liaising with regulatory authorities
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and computerised control systems
- Proven ability to develop and manage data capture, recording systems, and overall waste operations
