We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to lead our recycling, waste collection, ensuring services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (waste, logistics, or similar operational environment preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Full, valid UK driving licence (able to drive vehicles up to 3.5T)
