Weâre looking for an experienced People Advice Manager to join our People Team and deliver a high-quality, proactive HR advisory service.
Requirements
- Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability
- Advise on high-risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation
- Oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests
- Build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business
- Analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions
- Mentor People Advisors and support onboarding
- Deliver ER training and contribute to policy development
