We’re looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering a high‐quality, proactive HR advisory service. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast‐paced environment.
Requirements
- Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases
- Advise on high‐risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation
- Oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests
- Build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business
- Analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions
- Mentor People Advisors and support onboarding
- Deliver ER training and contribute to policy development
