Shift Engineering Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands on Shift Engineering Supervisor to lead and support a team of multi skilled technicians at our busy Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Edmonton. The role involves driving plant performance, reducing downtime, prioritising engineering activity, and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• HNC qualified in Mechanical or Plant Engineering
• Previous experience supervising engineering teams within an industrial, manufacturing or processing environment
• Strong fault finding and problem solving ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and welding
• Ability to prioritise workloads and perform well in a fast paced operational environment
