Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience working on commercial construction projects and multi-family projects
- Experience working as a leader on a mission critical project
- Local subcontractor market and industry experience
- Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Procore, P6
