Job Description
We seek a dynamic Superintendent to build large commercial or data center projects. The role involves managing safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics, and coordination, and representing the company in meetings and interfaces with project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years or more of related experience working on large, ground-up, commercial construction projects or data centers as a Superintendent
- Local subcontractor market and industry experience
- Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Procore, P6
