Job Description
Big-D Mission Critical is looking for a Director of Preconstruction who will play an integral role in business growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, with a focus on data centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
- 10+ years of experience in preconstruction
- Preconstruction experience on data centers is preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor and teach team members
- Proficient in Prolog, Timberline, OST, P6, Bluebeam, MS Office
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate at a high level
- Good time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Design management Skills
- Understanding of construction cost and is aware of current market conditions
- High ethical standards
- Problem solver
