Job Description
The Preconstruction Manager is a key role within our Preconstruction/Estimating department. The position is responsible for cost estimating, design management, and team oversight, as well as building relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. A strong understanding of construction principles, MEP systems, and Mission Critical facility design and construction is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
- 7+ years of applicable preconstruction, estimating, design management, and/or field management experience
- 3+ years of experience working on Mission Critical facilities in preconstruction or operations
