Job Description
The Electrical Preconstruction Manager serves as a key member of a project team, providing preconstruction services to clients and leading the electrical estimating team. Key responsibilities include conceptual estimating, cost analysis, and subcontractor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
- 7-10 years of applicable Electrical estimating, design management and/or field management experience
- Proven experience managing preconstruction for wide range of relevant projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required
