Job Description
Bigblue is looking for a B2B Operations Specialist to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for their merchants. The role involves owning processes, driving operational excellence, and optimizing processes to elevate the merchant experience.
Requirements
- Logistics background
- Proven analytical & problem-solver thinking and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Rigorous, organized and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
- Not afraid of operational day-to-day
- Ability to step back and see the big picture to suggest pragmatic solutions aligned with the vision
