Bigeye is seeking a Marketing Pipeline Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of its demand generation programs. The role requires a senior marketing leader to drive measurable pipeline performance and make data-driven investment decisions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years in demand generation, growth, pipeline marketing, or related B2B marketing roles with 4-5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record owning and delivering pipeline or revenue-oriented marketing goals
- Experience making channel, budget, and investment decisions based on performance data
- Deep experience with HubSpot, including campaign setup, lifecycle stage management, reporting, and funnel analysis
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise sales environments
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, high-accountability environment
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Operations teams
