Leasing Consultants are responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. They interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. The incumbent generates and handles traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous leasing experience preferred
