Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property meets company standards and laws. The role supports employee-first culture and core values of relationships, development, quality, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Complete all maintenance work order requests
• Monitor and maintain all building systems
• Perform all site-level preventative maintenance duties
• Work collaboratively with vendor teams on identified maintenance projects
• Maintain positive and professional manner with all residents, vendors, and the public
