Job Description
BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property and grounds are up to standards and meet legal requirements. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in various areas, while collaborating with property management and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Fluent in English
- Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
- Certified Pool Operators License (within 6 months)
