Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and vendors to ensure the property meets company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance
- 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting
- Certified Pool Operators License
- Special Boiler's License
- Type II Refrigerant Certification
- Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
