BigPanda is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to jump start or further develop their sales career in tech. The role will work under the support of a world-class sales process and team, with coaching and training to help build the foundation for a successful career in field sales/ leadership.
Requirements
- 1 year+ of Business Development or Sales Development experience (cold-calling and prospecting)
- Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, MEDDPIC is not required, but a huge plus!
- Must display our core values of HEART (Hunger, Excellence, Active Transparency, Relentless Focus, Treasure the Journey)
- Organization skills around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
- Results-driven and able to effectively overcome objections
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- A great attitude and a sense of humor!
- BA/BS preferred
