Job Description
Join Bill Gosling Outsourcing as a Human Resources Team Leader to manage the HR team and provide effective guidance. The role involves supervising, managing and motivating the HR team members, carrying out tactical execution of strategies and plans on HR initiatives, and assisting in handling employee legal matters.
Requirements
- Assistant the Human Resources management team
- Coach and develop members of the Human Resources team
- Maintain Human Resources Ticketing platform
- Assist in handling employee legal matters
- Maintain all performance related activity of the team
- Work with members of the management team
- Create HR team training material
- Ensure Business Management related items are in line with process
- Assist with completion of client related audits
- Assist in the creation and implementation of company related policies
