Senior Officer, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Africa, Europe & Middle East

The Gates Foundation is seeking a Senior Officer for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. This role will lead the foundation's DEI efforts and provide guidance to senior leadership and teams across the region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of DEI principles and experience in designing and implementing DEI strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in DEI, inclusion, organizational development, change management, or a closely related discipline
• Experience designing and implementing DEI tools, processes, and learning agendas
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead change management
