Requirements
- Manage a team of engineers and analysts to implement automation and AI projects
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and RPA solutions
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and AI-driven innovation
- Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects based on ROI and their potential to integrate with existing systems
