Job Description
Billease is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead and oversee the compliance and regulatory function of Billease (RBSM). The CCO will be responsible for ensuring the institution's full adherence to BSP regulations, AMLA requirements, and other applicable financial laws.
Requirements
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Compliance Management System
- Serve as the primary liaison between Billease (RBSM) and regulatory authorities
- Oversee and strengthen the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) framework
- Advise senior management on regulatory obligations and compliance risks
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and certifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and monitoring activities
- Provide guidance and reports to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
- Lead compliance training and awareness programs
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to integrate compliance into Billease (RBSM)s new business model and strategic goals
