Job Description
Billingsley Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist in the overall management at our 730-unit property in The Colony. The position is designed to train personnel for the position of Property Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Some college or college degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-years' experience in multifamily property management
- Minimum of 2-years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager for 500+ units
