Job Description
Service Technician assists and works under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, performing necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community. Continues to increase knowledge of the property to achieve Service Manager position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 2 year's work-related experience
- Cell phone, tools, and vehicle to complete job responsibilities
- Computer skills including email, word, and excel (prefer Yardi knowledge)
- Positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and self-starter
- Ability to multitask
- Hands-on skills associated with a multi-family site
