Automation Service Engineering Associate II, Prenatal

BillionToOne is seeking an Automation Service Engineering Associate II to support high-throughput clinical patient testing in our CLIA-certified laboratory. The role will provide primary service response for laboratory operations, troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment and automation, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving reliability, throughput, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
• 1+ year of hands-on experience servicing liquid handlers, or 2+ years in a technical service role
• Familiarity with coding basics and flow control logic used in automation workflows
• Understanding of clinical laboratory assays and their applications
