Automation Service Engineering Associate II, Prenatal

Join a team of brilliant innovators at BillionToOne to redefine what's possible in molecular diagnostics. We're seeking an Automation Service Engineering Associate II to support high-throughput clinical patient testing in our CLIA-certified laboratory.

Requirements

• Provide first-line service response for automated processes and instrumentation
• Execute and/or coordinate routine preventive maintenance for laboratory instruments and automation systems
• Perform equipment qualifications, including Installation (IQ), Operational (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
• Troubleshoot and triage equipment issues; coordinate vendor support and escalations as needed
• Draft and revise documentation related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Maintain organized spare parts inventory and comprehensive, GDP-compliant service records
• Identify, propose, and help implement process improvements; support testing and validation plans
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

• Base pay rate of $31.48 - $32.36 per hour
