BillionToOne is a next-generation molecular diagnostics company that is hiring a Regional Manager - Oncology, Northeast. The role is responsible for building and leading a team of Oncology Specialists to drive sales volume for the company's Northstar Liquid Biopsy products and services in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have direct clinical sales management experience in oncology and a strong track record of sales success.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps at a molecular diagnostics / liquid biopsy company
• Strong experience hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales reps to exceed ambitious sales goals
• Demonstrated successful sales track record, solid negotiation and closing skills, strong data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated and results-oriented
