Total Rewards Analyst

The Total Rewards Analyst supports Billtrust’s compensation, benefits, and payroll functions, partnering closely with the Total Rewards leader and senior team members to ensure accurate program administration, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of discretion with confidential information, and the ability to operate independently on well-scoped work while flagging ambiguity early.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in total rewards, HR operations, compensation, benefits, or payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, modeling, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
