Requirements
- Compensation Analysis & Administration
- Benefits Administration & Employee Support
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in an analytical role focusing on compensation and/or benefits
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
