Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with a demonstrated focus on both compensation and benefits.
- Proven experience leading annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and benefits renewal/open enrollment processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in formally or informally mentoring junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
