Job Description
Binance is seeking a Research Scientist/Engineer to advance the reasoning and planning capabilities of large foundation models. This role focuses on enhancing model performance across the entire development lifecycle, from data acquisition and fine-tuning to reinforcement learning. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems for RAG pipelines to strengthen LLMs during pretraining and RL.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Retrieval, NLP, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Multimodal Learning, or related fields.
- Proficient in PyTorch with Python or C++ skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, multimodal retrieval, and large-scale AI systems.
- Solid theoretical foundation in information retrieval, NLP, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and large-scale AI systems.
