Job Description
Binance is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist/Engineer to advance reasoning and planning capabilities of large foundation models. The role involves enhancing model performance across the entire development lifecycle (data acquisition, fine-tuning, reward modelling, reinforcement learning), working with large-scale datasets, and employing system 2 thinking. The ideal candidate will solve complex tasks, apply advanced decoding strategies, and build intelligent agents and multi-agent systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in research experience with RL, LLM, and familiarity with large-scale model training
- Proficiency in data structures and fundamental algorithm skills, and fluency in Python or C++/Java
- Experience with influential projects or papers in RL, NLP, or Deep Learning
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
