Sanctions Governance and Policy Specialist

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem looking for a Sanctions Governance and Policy Specialist to develop, maintain, and enhance sanctions governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or financial crime compliance, preferably in an international environment
• University degree or equivalent qualification
• ACAMS or ACFCS certification is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills, good writing ability, and sound judgment
• Basic understanding of the FCC domain, related processes, and relevant technology
• Some experience or interest in supporting strategic initiatives and compliance oversight
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and locations
• Pragmatic, energetic, and eager to learn
• Demonstrates learning agility with a critical and innovative mindset
• Able to build positive relationships and motivate others
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Clear and effective communicator, able to explain complex topics simply to help others understand the importance of managing Sanctions & CTF risks
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and building trust
• Results-driven with a willingness to explore creative solutions
