Purchasing Agent

We are seeking a Purchasing Agent to support the full purchasing lifecycle for commercial service and small projects. The role is responsible for sourcing materials, creating and managing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate purchasing data within the company operating system.

Requirements

• Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle from creation to closing
• Maintain accurate purchasing related data within the company operating system
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and buyouts with vendors
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper product is received
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs
