Customer Scientific & Technical Support Specialist in Clinical Diagnostic field, responsible for first-level support, quality control, and software products.
Requirements
- High skills in computer science, software application, and laboratory information systems, networks, IP/connectivity
- Experience in IT-related projects
- Good knowledge in managing IT service providers, operating systems, and server administration
- Installation, configuration, and navigation of SQL servers and databases
- Experience with Mirth Connect
- Basic knowledge in JavaScript
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style
