Job Description
The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and safety of the Maintenance Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in process-intensive industrial environments
- Experience in implementing and operating computerized systems (CMMS, ERP, control systems)
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and developing high-performance teams
