Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overall maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant reconditioning equipment and the facility itself, providing leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong background in electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, Fanuc robotics and pneumatic systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic
- Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Exceptional leadership and proven team-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Upkeep Maintenance Software knowledge preferred
