Job Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees and plans maintenance activities, prepares resources, and reviews operations to improve plant performance and equipment reliability. The role involves working with teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic
- Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment preferred
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
- Exceptional leadership and proven team-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Upkeep Maintenance Software knowledge preferred
