Job Description
BioMarin is seeking a Director of Global CRM Business Strategy & Enablement to lead the company's enterprise CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with customer experience, digital data, and campaign needs. This role involves driving business ownership of CRM capabilities, leading adoption and governance, and optimizing CRM systems for healthcare and patient engagement. The Director will collaborate with various teams to leverage CRM to drive sales and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM strategy development or management within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with Veeva or Salesforce at an enterprise level for configuration management and optimization.
- Experience with CRM configuration, management, and optimization, and integration with marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of pharma / life sciences CRM use cases, commercial workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
