- Accelerate Month-End and Year-End Close
- Oversee the general ledger and consolidation of financial data
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare and present financial results and operational insights
- Synthesize complex accounting data into concise, actionable summaries
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework
- Champion a culture of 'audit readiness'
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the safeguarding of assets and data integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory accuracy
- Analyze manufacturing variances and COGS to identify margin expansion opportunities and production efficiencies
- Partner with IT to ensure ERP systems are fully leveraged to support scaling operations
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
