Requirements

• Accelerate Month-End and Year-End Close
• Oversee the general ledger and consolidation of financial data
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare and present financial results and operational insights
• Synthesize complex accounting data into concise, actionable summaries
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework
• Champion a culture of 'audit readiness'
• Lead initiatives to strengthen the safeguarding of assets and data integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory accuracy
• Analyze manufacturing variances and COGS to identify margin expansion opportunities and production efficiencies
• Partner with IT to ensure ERP systems are fully leveraged to support scaling operations
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
