Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA or CIA, preferred
• 1+ years of experience in accounting focused on general ledger
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals including US GAAP
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations (month-end close, systems, controls, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with finance or accounting
• Demonstrated history critical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication and influence skills; comfortable driving change without formal authority
• Highly organized, resilient, and pragmatic in imperfect environments
