Accountant, Staff - Accounts Receivable

Accountant, Staff - Accounts Receivable position at BioStem Technologies, a leading medical technology company focused on advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate brings strong AR expertise with solid general accounting knowledge, allowing them to step into journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or related financial role. Experience in healthcare or manufacturing is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
