We are looking for a Reception Management to lead a team in our reception area. The ideal candidate has experience in the reception or service area, ideally in the medical field, and is responsible for the professional and organizational leadership of the team.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in the reception, service, or medical field
• Outstanding service orientation and joy in dealing with people
• Confident appearance and excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Independent and reliable working style
